What you will do

• Deliver and design digital products and services within complex ecosystems.
• Create experience design deliverables including journey maps, service blueprints, and multi-fidelity prototypes.
• Contribute to the evolution of Design Platforms and Design Systems, connecting decisions to product strategy.
• Lead discovery and research activities, translating findings into concrete product decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and develop design strategies that connect user insights to business direction.
• Support and mentor less-experienced designers within the company's design community.

Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience across the full design cycle: discovery, prototyping, and delivery.
• Core practice in prototyping at multiple fidelity levels.
• Experience working with Design Systems or Design Platforms in a product context.
• Ability to lead research activities using methods like contextual inquiry and usability testing.
• Advanced English and Spanish are required (non-negotiable).
• Must be based in Ecuador.

• Portfolio showcasing expertise in Web and Mobile digital products.
