Senior UX Researcher

TL;DR

Senior UX Researcher: Lead end-to-end research for complex, ambiguous problem spaces in utilities platform with an accent on research strategy, mixed qualitative/quantitative methods, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on synthesizing findings into strategic recommendations, shaping product vision and roadmaps, and championing user-centric practices across teams.

Location: London, United Kingdom (flexible working, work abroad up to three weeks twice per tax year)

What you will do

• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering leaders to define research objectives and shape long-term product vision.
• Design comprehensive research plans using mixed qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Execute research, synthesize findings into actionable recommendations influencing design and product requirements.
• Present insights to leadership, build user empathy through storytelling.
• Mentor associate/mid-level researchers, improve research operations, tooling and templates.
• Drive user-centric culture across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years UX Research experience in product development
• Deep expertise in generative/evaluative research methods
• Proven strategic impact on product strategy/roadmaps
• Expert facilitation and moderation skills with high empathy
• Strong synthesis skills for data into frameworks, journeys, personas
