What you will do

• Own and deliver CRM strategy to drive revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of CRM specialists
• Optimise automated lifecycle communications using data, testing, and insights
• Establish scalable processes for CRM planning, briefing, and execution
• Partner with Creative Studio and Commercial Marketing for aligned campaigns and content
• Develop reporting, oversee operations, and manage CRM tech stack

Requirements

• Proven Senior CRM/Lifecycle Marketing experience driving revenue and retention
• Hands-on with CRM/automation systems (Emarsys or similar) and HTML/CSS
• Experience building lifecycle strategies, segmentation, personalisation, A/B testing
• Data-driven with strong cross-functional collaboration and people management
• Strong creative skills for briefs and copywriting
• Excellent organisational skills balancing strategy and execution
