What you will do

• Own and execute the global CRM activity calendar in alignment with marketing, trade, and growth teams.
• Develop and optimize multichannel lifecycle automations to maximize customer retention and CLTV.
• Act as the business owner for the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and full utilization of system capabilities.
• Conduct deep data analysis to identify trends and implement "test and learn" strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of junior CRM specialists.
• Collaborate with creative and ecommerce teams to ensure seamless campaign integration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a CRM leadership role within a DTC environment, preferably retail.
• Proven experience managing a team of at least 3 members.
• Deep expertise in CRM marketing, including email, SMS, segmentation, and Direct Mail.
• Advanced knowledge of CDMPs, specifically Bloomreach.
• Technical proficiency in setting up automation flows and translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of GDPR and California privacy laws.
