What you will do

• Optimize email deliverability and inbox placement to maximize campaign performance.
• Act as the primary technical lead for the CRM team, troubleshooting data discrepancies and integration issues.
• Develop and scale CRM infrastructure, data flows, and system integrations across various apps.
• Manage the technical backlog, prioritizing requests and resolving operational blockers.
• Drive technical initiatives including new channel rollouts, vendor evaluations, and system migrations.
• Research and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance automation and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or CRM operations.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Reteno.
• Strong understanding of CRM infrastructure, automations, and data flows.
• Proven track record of collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
• Knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals, including sender reputation and list hygiene.
• Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation and playbooks.

Nice to have

• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL, attribution, and tracking setup.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign troubleshooting.
• Background in subscription-based or multi-market app businesses.
