CRM Manager (Marketplace): Managing and evolving the end-to-end CRM function to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-led lifecycle marketing with an accent on automated customer journeys and scalable operations. Focus on transitioning from campaign-based marketing to automated lifecycle flows and linking CRM performance directly to revenue growth.

Location: Hybrid in London (2–3 days in office)

Salary: £65,000 – £80,000

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end CRM function to transform it into a core growth engine for acquisition and retention.
  • Build and optimize automated lifecycle journeys across the entire customer funnel.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies focused on upgrades, cross-selling, and retention.
  • Lead CRM operations to ensure process consistency, quality assurance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape CRM systems and the overall roadmap.
  • Report on performance by linking CRM activity directly to revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in SaaS, B2B, or marketplace environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with Braze or similar CRM platforms.
  • Proven track record of transitioning manual campaigns into automated lifecycle journeys.
  • Strong data and analytics capabilities, including segmentation and basic SQL.
  • Experience managing teams while remaining hands-on in execution.
  • Must be based in London for hybrid office attendance.
