Salary: $200,000 – $225,000

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements using Ironclad to ensure efficient contracting at scale.
• Direct the company's litigation strategy, managing disputes and supervising outside counsel to mitigate exposure.
• Design and manage the insurance portfolio, including underwriting strategy and risk transfer policies.
• Advise leadership on workforce risk and maintain defensible employment practices across 25+ US states.
• Lead corporate governance, entity compliance, and internal legal workstreams for financing and strategic asset deals.
• Oversee the trademark portfolio and ensure compliance with international privacy and data protection laws.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant legal experience, with at least 3 years as in-house counsel for an operating company.
• J.D. from a top-tier accredited law school in the United States.
• Active bar admission and membership in a U.S. state.
• Experience with Google Suite, Slack, Ironclad, and modern AI tools.
