What you will do
- Own outbound prospecting by researching accounts and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business needs and ensure successful handoff to Account Executives.
- Prioritize high-potential accounts using market insights and strategic thinking.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partner Managers on outreach strategies and event follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate lead management and activity tracking in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Native Portuguese speaker.
- Fluent English.
- 2+ years of SDR experience, preferably within SaaS or high-tech environments.
- Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation experience.
- Excellent communication skills across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Ability to lead consultative discovery conversations with multiple stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience working with EMEA and LATAM markets.
- Experience in the mobile marketing or MarTech ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and Data.ai.
