What you will do

  • Manage sales-qualified deals and execute the full sales cycle for specific product functionalities.
  • Drive account growth through targeted upselling and cross-selling strategies for existing customers.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify upselling opportunities and lead deal closures.
  • Develop and execute effective account plans to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives.
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to navigate prospects through the sales process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in closing deals.
  • Hunter mentality: persistent, highly motivated, and results-driven with a proven sales track record.
  • Strong proficiency in contract negotiation and closing.
  • Proficient level of Spanish and professional English are required.
  • Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.

Nice to have

  • Experience building a Business Unit or team from scratch.
  • Proficient level of Catalan.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience in full-cycle B2B sales.
