What you will do
- Manage sales-qualified deals and execute the full sales cycle for specific product functionalities.
- Drive account growth through targeted upselling and cross-selling strategies for existing customers.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify upselling opportunities and lead deal closures.
- Develop and execute effective account plans to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to navigate prospects through the sales process.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in closing deals.
- Hunter mentality: persistent, highly motivated, and results-driven with a proven sales track record.
- Strong proficiency in contract negotiation and closing.
- Proficient level of Spanish and professional English are required.
- Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
Nice to have
- Experience building a Business Unit or team from scratch.
- Proficient level of Catalan.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience in full-cycle B2B sales.
