Account Manager (SaaS/Mobility): Driving revenue growth and increasing market coverage for urban mobility solutions with an accent on long-term customer relationships and SaaS sales. Focus on managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closing, and expanding the presence of Pay-and-Display and mobile payment systems.

Location: Burgos, Spain (North Areas). Hybrid role involving approximately 60% travel to meet customers.

What you will do

  • Develop the assigned territory strategically to expand market presence.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, cold prospecting, and contract negotiation.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Present and demonstrate P&D systems and SaaS solutions to decision-makers.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and support the implementation phase.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation using Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of commercial experience in key account management.
  • Proven track record in selling complex SaaS services or payment solutions.
  • Experience in parking management, smart city, or tech environments.
  • Native Spanish fluency and English proficiency (B2/C1).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite.
