Location: On-site in Madrid, Spain
Compensation: €30,000 – €34,000 OTE gross

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of partners, providing tailored consultation to maximize their business revenue.
- Meet monetization KPIs and educate clients on the value of the platform.
- Onboard and activate clients to become active users of Pay.
- Collaborate with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Partner with Product teams to share the customer's voice for future platform improvements.
- Use consultative sales techniques to ensure clients utilize all available platform features.
Requirements
- Fluency in Bulgarian is essential.
- Fluency in Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is required.
- More than 2 years of previous experience as an Account Manager.
- Experience analyzing data and reports to improve performance.
- Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic environment.
- Must be based in Madrid for on-site work.

- Advanced English proficiency.
- Previous experience in an outbound call environment or sales position.
