Location: On-site in Madrid, Spain

Salary: €30,000 – €34,000 gross OTE

hirify.global is an AI-powered operating system for the global beauty, wellness, and self-care industry, providing business software and financial technology solutions.

What you will do

  • Meet monetization KPIs and educate clients on the value of the hirify.global platform.
  • Onboard clients to hirify.globalPay and help them optimize their profiles to maximize revenue.
  • Manage a portfolio of partners, providing tailored consultations based on business needs.
  • Maintain collaboration with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Share customer feedback with Product teams to influence future feature development.
  • Apply consultative sales techniques to ensure full adoption of platform features.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience as an Account Manager.
  • Fluency in Bulgarian is essential.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is required.
  • Experience in outbound call environments or related sales positions.
  • Ability to effectively analyze data and reports to improve performance.
  • Must be based in Madrid for on-site work.
