What you will do
- Meet monetization KPIs and educate clients on the value of the platform.
- Onboard clients to Pay and help them optimize their profiles to maximize revenue.
- Manage a portfolio of partners, providing tailored consultations based on business needs.
- Maintain collaboration with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Share customer feedback with Product teams to influence future feature development.
- Apply consultative sales techniques to ensure full adoption of platform features.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience as an Account Manager.
- Fluency in Bulgarian is essential.
- Fluency in Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is required.
- Experience in outbound call environments or related sales positions.
- Ability to effectively analyze data and reports to improve performance.
- Must be based in Madrid for on-site work.
