What you will do

• Design and execute targeted nurture sequences to re-engage leads from secondary lead magnets.
• Drive adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and implement new features within the team.
• Perform A/B testing, automation, and performance analysis for CRM campaigns.
• Create engaging email and WhatsApp content and design high-performing templates.
• Analyze campaign metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor and report on email campaign performance on weekly, monthly, and quarterly bases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a CRM growth marketing role.
• Proven track record of managing CRM systems and executing strategies in a B2C setup.
• Deep expertise with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
