What you will do

• Lead marketing database operations, including data collection, enrichment, and quality standards.
• Manage the HubSpot ecosystem end-to-end, covering campaigns, workflows, and lead scoring.
• Coordinate integrations between marketing and corporate tools to ensure data sync integrity and lifecycle alignment.
• Optimize the lead lifecycle, including MQL scoring, routing logic, and Marketing-Sales alignment.
• Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to improve operational efficiency across the toolset.
• Document processes and lead collaborative efforts across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing databases and CRM ecosystems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Proven expertise in data quality, segmentation, and workflow automation.
• Experience translating business needs into automation logic and attribution models.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.
• Experience in collaborative leadership and process documentation.
