Location: Remote (Must be based in WA, TX, CA, ID, or SC)

Salary: $106,600 – $130,100

What you will do

• Own platform configuration, integration patterns, and data flows for the MarTech ecosystem to ensure long-term scalability.
• Develop and optimize complex automation workflows, including audience qualification and cross-channel execution.
• Implement and support integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDPs, and other data platforms.
• Configure advanced targeting and decision logic to enable personalization at scale.
• Monitor platform performance, conduct QA, and proactively identify risks to protect data integrity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data, IT, and Compliance teams to align technical solutions with enterprise standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, automation, or MarTech implementation roles.
• Must be based in Washington, Texas, California, Idaho, or South Carolina.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, data modeling).
• Working knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools.
• Experience coding emails and web components.
• Familiarity with CDP concepts and personalization technologies.
• Experience working in regulated environments.
