TL;DR

Location: Must be based in New York City (minimum 3 days/week in office)
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute global CRM campaign strategies to drive upsell, cross-sell, and reduce churn.
- Lead end-to-end deployment and optimization of personalized customer journeys.
- Implement new retention programs to increase customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
- Manage a retention-focused campaign calendar in coordination with stakeholders.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and international teams for on-brand messaging.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of CRM experience in high-volume, retention-focused roles.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Emarsys, Braze, or Customer.io.
- Proficiency in email-specific HTML/CSS, liquid/scripting logic, and SQL querying.
- Experience with BI platforms like Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, or Amplitude.
- Strong understanding of global compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL).
- Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work model.
