What you will do
- Penetrate and close new business within large enterprise accounts across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
- Develop multi-threaded account plans and build relationships from developer teams up to C-level executives (CIO, CTO, CISO).
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, navigating procurement, legal, and security reviews for multi-year agreements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of Solutions Architects and product specialists to deliver value to prospects.
- Build compelling business cases and articulate clear ROI based on technical and financial drivers of large enterprises.
- Generate a high-quality pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting into cold enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying enterprise software sales role focused on new logo acquisition.
- Proven track record of overachievement against a €1M+ quota.
- Mastery of value-based sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
- Complete professional fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish).
- Ability to work on-site in Amsterdam.
Nice to have
- Experience in observability, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms.
- Existing relationships with C-level and VP-level technology leaders in the Nordic region.
- Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry and Observability ecosystem at scale.
- Experience working in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.
