What you will do

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas for allocated accounts by developing tailored sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create strategic, account-based marketing plans that drive revenue.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer IT roadmaps and integrating hirify.global solutions.
  • Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities and sustainable revenue streams.
  • Conduct high-level discussions and positioning meetings with Executive and CxO stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity closure to ongoing account management and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of field sales experience, with a strong emphasis on data or cloud-related technology.
  • Proven experience managing strategic, complex customers and leading cross-functional account teams.
  • Demonstrated success in closing seven-figure, multi-year deals and creating strategic account plans.
  • Expertise in transformational, consultative selling and managing sophisticated negotiations.
  • Strong executive-level relationship management skills and a deep understanding of C-level business drivers.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments such as legal, marketing, and value engineering.
