What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic energy accounts across Europe, acting as the primary relationship owner.
  • Identify, qualify, and close complex enterprise opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Energy ecosystem.
  • Develop deep C-suite and VP-level relationships within large European energy enterprises.
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles across multiple countries and regions in regulated environments.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Own pipeline strategy, forecasting, and CRM discipline for the European territory.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of strategic enterprise sales experience, specifically focusing on energy accounts in Europe.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex, multi-country enterprise deals.
  • Experience selling technology solutions such as AI, IT infrastructure, or edge computing into energy organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • Must be based in Norway, UK, Netherlands, or Ireland.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into regulated European energy markets.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message frameworks.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience.
  • Knowledge of edge computing, cloud platforms, and AI/ML in industrial contexts.
