What you will do

• Lead and inspire a team of software engineers and alpha testers, managing goals, performance, and career planning.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and proactively remove development roadblocks.
• Develop and evolve solutions on embedded Linux using C++ and web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Prioritize work and allocate tasks effectively based on individual skill levels and project needs.
• Collaborate across globally dispersed sites to drive continuous improvements in software development processes.

Requirements

• Demonstrable solid experience as a Software Engineer at a Senior or Lead level.
• Proficiency in C++ and/or Web Development (Angular, TypeScript).
• Proven experience leading and owning projects through to completion.
• Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Legal entitlement to work in New Zealand is required.
