Salary: $107,500–$143,300 + 20% annual bonus target.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering or industrial laboratory testing.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry or product compliance.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel 10-15%.
