What you will do

• Develop robust 3D models and detailed drawings using Creo for sheet metal and casting parts.
• Lead engineering design and validation for NTI, NPI, and NSI to improve performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Execute DFMEA and DVP&R (Design Verification Plan & Report) according to project timelines.
• Manage the APQP process for component design and development to ensure manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to provide design solutions aligned with network requirements.
• Resolve quality issues and support component cost reduction and re-sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience in Thermal, Engine, Automobile, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in Creo or similar 3D modeling and drawing assistance systems.
• Knowledge of drawing standards, GD&T, tolerance stack-up, and configuration control.
• Good English oral and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and deliver results under challenging quality and timeline constraints.

Nice to have

• Experience in designing engine-mounted cooling components (Charge Air Coolers, Oil Coolers, Water Pumps, etc.).
• Knowledge of other engine components like cylinder heads, pistons, or valve trains.
• General familiarity with engine structure.
