What you will do

• Design and detail mechanical components and systems for mass production.
• Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for plastic and metal parts.
• Create and manage 3D/2D files with a focus on manufacturability and assembly.
• Lead DFMEA activities and apply v-model methodology to project development.
• Perform prototyping, testing, and data analysis to validate mechanical designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product requirements and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical product development for mass production.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically Siemens NX or CREO.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design in plastics and metals.
• Experience with CFD analysis, FEA (Ansys), and analytical software.
• Familiarity with Design for Six Sigma and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience in B2C product development environments.
