What you will do

• Maintain and enhance existing products to meet evolving customer requirements for performance and quality.
• Lead customized product designs, integrating new technologies and processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to drive progress on engineering projects.
• Manage technical documentation and engineering records.
• Evaluate designs for manufacturability to ensure economic production efficiency.
• Ensure all designs comply with internal engineering standards and external regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of product design or engineering experience.
• Proficiency in CATIA or other 3D software.
• Experience in engineering change processes, specifically ECN coordination.
• Must be based in Suzhou, China.
• English: Good oral and written proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Background in medical devices.
