Sales Manager East Indonesia

Location: Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, Indonesia; responsible for East Indonesia

What you will do

• Develop and execute territory growth plans to achieve sales revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across key industries and accounts in East Indonesia.
• Build relationships with customers, distributors, EPCs, end users, and other stakeholders.
• Promote John Crane products, services, and reliability solutions while managing strategic accounts.
• Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and support contract execution.
• Maintain sales forecasting and CRM updates while coordinating with operations, engineering, and service teams.

Requirements

• At least 9 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience managing people.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of rotating and process equipment and mechanical seals.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• Commitment to company safety, quality, ethical, and ISO management system procedures.
