Director, Operations & Business Development (Energy)

What you will do

• Lead strategic client engagement, business development initiatives, proposal development, and project pursuit strategies.
• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight for Indonesia operations.
• Coordinate finance operations, information technology, facilities management, and administrative services.
• Oversee business licenses, permits, regulatory compliance, audits, and operational risk management.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational changes, employee engagement, coaching, and collaboration with HR.
• Develop operational strategies and provide recommendations to senior leadership on performance and strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, management, or a related discipline.
• 15–20 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years in senior leadership or management.
• Experience in oil and gas, LNG, energy, EPC, engineering, or related industries.
• Strong operational management, business development, stakeholder engagement, commercial, and strategic planning skills.
• Experience managing complex operations and multiple stakeholders, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia required.
