Demand Generation Lead (Fintech/Web3): Building and scaling the full-funnel demand generation engine for institutional digital asset infrastructure with an accent on ABM and high-conversion gated assets. Location: Remote or Hybrid (Hubs in New York, London, Singapore, and Cyprus)
Compensation: $120K - $150K

What you will do
- Design end-to-end demand generation programs and ABM plays targeting global banks, asset managers, and hedge funds.
- Execute paid social (LinkedIn), Google Ads, and email marketing workflows, including audience segmentation and A/B testing.
- Develop persona-specific landing pages and gated assets for institutional buyers such as CTOs, COOs, and Heads of Trading.
- Audit and map existing content to identify gaps and create prioritized content briefs for future campaigns.
- Analyze funnel metrics (MQL to SQL) and optimize lead scoring logic in collaboration with RevOps.
- Monitor intent signals and build rapid-response playbooks to target high-signal account movements.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of demand generation or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or fintech.
- Proven track record of building ABM programs for financial services or enterprise technology with measurable pipeline outcomes.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms (Marketo strongly preferred).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce for pipeline reporting and lead routing.
- Strong messaging judgment for complex, high-ACV institutional products.
- Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous environment with high agency.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to institutional financial services (banks, prime brokers, hedge funds).
- Familiarity with digital asset markets, crypto infrastructure, or institutional trading technology.
- Experience with intent data platforms such as 6sense or Bombora.
- Knowledge of SEO and AEO fundamentals for B2B content distribution.
