What you will do

• Advise, negotiate, and manage contracts with partnership shippers and key accounts.
• Lead the legal workstream for fundraising and borrowing financing activities.
• Manage and implement key compliance policies, specifically regarding data protection.
• Oversee corporate legal structure and ensure compliance with corporate secretarial requirements.
• Govern the NV Group Contracting Policy and streamline contracting processes.
• Manage and advise on material legal disputes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• 3+ years of experience drafting and negotiating complex multi-country/regional services agreements.
• Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor from a reputable university in a major common law jurisdiction (e.g., Singapore, England, Australia, Hong Kong).
• Admission to the Singapore Bar is preferred.
• Proven expertise in risk identification, prioritization, and advocacy.
