What you will do

• Lead the strategy and execution of integrating AI capabilities into core products.
• Architect and develop complex, highly scalable systems and AI-driven features.
• Optimize internal engineering workflows and the SDLC using AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor.
• Provide technical governance and review architectures to ensure organizational alignment.
• Mentor engineers and upskill the team on modern AI engineering practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive AI adoption across multiple teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 8+ years in technical leadership.
• Proven track record of integrating LLMs/Generative AI into commercial products.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• Experience with frameworks such as Vue, React, Flask, and SpringBoot.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, and various databases (MySQL, Oracle, Postgres, etc.).
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Familiarity with Vector Databases.
