What you will do

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases and own the end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions.
• Architect custom applications, templates, and integrations leveraging APIs and Knowledge Graph capabilities.
• Translate complex technical concepts into prescriptive recommendations to guide customers through the generative AI landscape.
• Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
• Develop scalable processes and robust documentation to reduce customer time-to-value for technical integrations.
• Drive adoption and expansion of AI solutions within strategic accounts to maximize ROI.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in technical SaaS roles.
• At least 3 years specifically in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.
• Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive experience leveraging APIs.
• Expertise in designing sophisticated prompts and understanding linguistic principles for AI applications.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in B2B SaaS environments.
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence for interacting with C-suite leadership.
