Compensation Range: $131.8K - $166K

What you will do
- Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases and own the end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions.
- Architect custom applications, templates, and integrations using 's platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities.
- Translate complex technical concepts into prescriptive solution recommendations for customers.
- Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
- Develop scalable processes and robust documentation to reduce customer time-to-value.
- Drive the adoption and expansion of AI solutions within strategic Fortune 500 accounts.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in technical SaaS roles, with at least 3 years in solutions architecture or technical consulting.
- Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive experience leveraging APIs.
- Proven expertise in designing sophisticated prompts and understanding linguistic principles for AI applications.
- Track record of delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in B2B SaaS environments.
- Must be based in one of the company hubs: San Francisco, Chicago, Austin, or New York City.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence for interacting with C-suite leadership.
