What you will do
- Partner with enterprise customers to identify strategic AI use cases and own the end-to-end implementation of tailored solutions.
- Architect custom applications, templates, and integrations using 's platform, APIs, and Knowledge Graph capabilities.
- Translate complex technical platform capabilities into prescriptive solution recommendations for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback that influences the product roadmap.
- Develop scalable processes, robust documentation, and efficient workflows to reduce customer time-to-value.
- Drive the successful adoption and expansion of AI solutions within strategic customer accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical SaaS roles, including 3+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.
- Deep technical fluency in Python and extensive experience with APIs and prompt engineering.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
- Must be based in or able to work from SF, NYC, Austin, or Chicago hubs.
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence for interfacing with C-suite leadership.
- A builder's mindset with a passion for experimenting and iterating in the generative AI space.
