What you will do

• Design and ship AI agents and copilots to automate joiner/mover/leaver flows and governance reviews.
• Develop AI-powered workflows wrapping existing runbooks and policies across internal tools and conversational interfaces.
• Build data and integration layers for AI using platform APIs and retrieval augmented patterns.
• Implement prompts and orchestration flows with guardrails, access controls, and audit trails.
• Establish evaluation, logging, and monitoring for AI features to ensure production reliability.
• Mentor engineers on AI design and shape standards for automation within Enterprise Platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in platform or systems engineering with a strong bias toward automation.
• Proficiency in code structures, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Experience with LLMs and practical AI application design including prompts, tools, and guardrails.
• Hands-on experience building AI or automation workflows for enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity and access concepts such as SSO, MFA, and least privilege.
• Must be eligible to access controlled technology under U.S. export control laws (EAR).

Nice to have

• Experience in remote-first and SaaS-heavy environments with zero trust concepts.
• Prior work building internal copilots or conversational interfaces for IT/Security teams.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration systems and evaluation methods like golden sets or human review.
• Knowledge of SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.
