What you will do

• Handle high-level escalation tickets and ensure the technical quality of documentation.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including servers, workstations, and AAD.
• Mentor team members and serve as the subject matter expert for malware and virus issues.
• Coordinate and implement "mini-projects" assigned by the Director of Professional Services.
• Troubleshoot PC and Mac hardware/software issues via remote login or onsite visits.
• Maintain network infrastructure including Meraki and Cisco firewalls and wireless controllers.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of IT support experience in business environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior engineering role.
• Expertise in M365, Azure AD, Google Suite, and VMware/Hyper-V.
• High proficiency with Cisco and Meraki networking hardware and SCCM.
• Certifications Required: M365 Certified: Admin Expert and CompTIA Server+.
• Certification Required: Either CompTIA Net+ (or CCNA) or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
