Senior Field Support Engineer

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000

What you will do

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for client environment (~300–400 users), acting as trusted advisor
• Manage Entra ID for user lifecycle, permissions, and security; own Intune for device management and compliance
• Support Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online) and Azure infrastructure (VMs, environment health)
• Provide hands-on support for end-user systems (Windows/macOS), hardware, networking (VPNs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VLANs)
• Troubleshoot escalated issues, lead client initiatives like deployments and improvements, perform proactive checks
• Partner with client stakeholders, maintain documentation, mentor juniors

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT support, systems engineering, or MSP environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange), Azure
• Experience supporting mid-sized environments (200+ users), ideally client-facing or MSP
• Strong troubleshooting across endpoints, access, cloud; ability to manage reactive and proactive work
• Strong communication for direct stakeholder collaboration; independent work with team coordination
• Must be located in or near Peachtree Corners, GA Area
