What you will do

• Design, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and DNS.
• Implement and manage virtualization using VMware, Hyper-V, and other cloud platforms.
• Develop and enforce server security policies, including system hardening and vulnerability management.
• Administer and optimize Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, and networking configurations.
• Automate administration tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions and manage SSL certificates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7 years of experience in server administration with a focus on advanced configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in managing complex server environments with multiple operating systems.
• Experience with server monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex server issues.
• Must be based in or able to work in Topeka, KS

Nice to have

• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, Linux Professional, or CompTIA Server+.
• Familiarity with Bash or Python scripting.
