What you will do
- Design and deliver onboarding and continuous enablement programs for post-sales roles, including technical and relationship functions.
- Translate the post-sales strategy, including tiered coverage and AI-native engagement, into actionable content.
- Develop programs to build genuine AI fluency and product analytics strategy expertise across the post-sales team.
- Define and track KPIs to connect enablement investment to outcomes like renewal performance and customer health.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership to align on GTM strategy.
- Manage and optimize LMS and enablement platforms using internal automation and dashboards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, program management, or L&D within a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
- Demonstrated ability to design programs that drive measurable behavior change and business outcomes.
- Experience enabling customer-facing technical roles such as Customer Success, Professional Services, or Solutions Engineering.
- Strong understanding of post-sales motions, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
- Experience with enablement platforms and LMS systems.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with or similar digital analytics platforms and the modern data stack.
- Experience building partner enablement programs alongside internal initiatives.
- Exposure to AI-first tools and workflow automation in a GTM context.
- Certifications in project management or L&D (e.g., PMP, CPTD, ATD).
