What you will do

• Define and evolve long-term product strategy for networking infrastructure, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Own datacenter networking and structured cabling roadmap across global locations; identify market opportunities in HPC, AI, and cloud networking.
• Conduct customer research, build vendor relationships, and translate requirements into actionable specifications.
• Write product specs, define KPIs/OKRs, lead cross-functional delivery of networking features, and manage launches.
• Develop deep technical understanding of Ethernet, InfiniBand, BGP, MPLS, SD-WAN, and HPC topologies; participate in architecture reviews.
• Establish telemetry for performance monitoring, conduct competitive analysis, and communicate strategy internally and externally.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with depth in infrastructure, networking, or cloud/HPC products.
• Proven track record shipping complex networking infrastructure; deep knowledge of Ethernet, InfiniBand, WAN, BGP, OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN, and HPC topologies.
• Strong grasp of cabling design, datacenter architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), GPU/HPC workloads, and distributed systems.
• Experience in customer discovery, market analysis, strategy definition, OKRs, and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Ownership mentality, pragmatism, curiosity, and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Palantir Foundry, GPU/AI infrastructure, open-source networking (DPDK, OVS, Cilium).
• Scaling products from early-stage to enterprise; knowledge of sustainability, security/compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
