Salary: $123,200 – $156,800

What you will do

• Deliver full-range fund accounting and administration services, including NAV preparation and investor reporting.
• Lead and train a team of Fund Accountants on all aspects of the NAV process.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Approve fee schedules, management/carried interest calculations, and waterfall allocations.
• Manage AML requirements and resolve client queries.
• Oversee the preparation of audited financial statements and regulatory reporting.

Requirements

• University degree in finance or accounting.
• 10+ years of experience in fund administration, with at least 6 years specifically in Private Equity.
• Proven experience managing staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Deep knowledge of fund structures and Limited Partners Agreements.
• 5+ years of experience with fund accounting software (Investran is a plus).
