What you will do

• Manage and execute engineering projects and programs of moderate to high complexity.
• Lead technical studies, complex investigations, and process improvement projects.
• Serve as a technical Subject Matter Expert for Account and Program Managers.
• Conduct process and packaging validations and develop equipment procedures.
• Optimize process output, throughput, and yield while reducing downtime and waste.
• Resolve conflicting design requirements and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics or Electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of related Engineering experience.
• Proficiency in reading engineering documents and performing statistical analyses.
• Ability to build prototypes and models.
• Proficiency in CAD software, Microsoft Office, and laboratory equipment.
• Strong business communication skills for reports and presentations.
