What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and support components and services based on market demands and process improvements.
• Conduct engineering evaluations, including technical investigations, basic calculations, and tests.
• Provide conceptual and strategic solutions to solve problems associated with engineering projects.
• Supervise small groups in the performance of specific tasks, projects, or functions.
• Review current designs and components for cost reduction and determine causes of field problems.
• Collaborate with suppliers concerning new requirements or changes to their products.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or an equivalent relevant discipline.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Franklin, PA.
• 0-5 years of experience in engineering design, machine application, or the mining industry.
• Proficiency in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) tools.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing Lean Engineering principles.
