Salary: $140,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Architect and design complex electromechanical systems using plastic, metal, and soft goods.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from brainstorming and CAD to prototyping and production ramp.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, and manufacturing teams to solve cross-functional engineering challenges.
• Perform thermal, fluid, and structural analysis to ensure product performance goals.
• Coordinate with industrial design and leadership to shape product features and direction.
• Support manufacturing processes and quality control, including travel to Asia as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consumer product design.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Solidworks, NX, or Creo.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding, sheet metal forming, and sensor/electronics integration.
• Experience shipping high-volume products with a solid understanding of DFM, DFA, and GD&T.
• BSME or equivalent degree.
• Willingness and ability to travel to China as needed.
