Location: Must be based in one of the location hubs: New York City, Washington, DC, Seattle, Miami, or San Francisco

Salary: $130k - $150k

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, and partner events.
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to develop event content and engagement strategies.
  • Oversee booth design, branding, promotional materials, and sponsorship activations.
  • Track and analyze event ROI and key performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event planning or trade show management, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or cybersecurity.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous events, from executive roundtables to large conferences.
  • Strong understanding of event marketing, lead generation, and audience engagement.
  • Proficiency with event management tools such as Cvent, Eventbrite, Salesforce, or Marketo.
  • Excellent project management, budgeting, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site event management as needed.
