What you will do

• Align regional sales strategies into high-impact execution across the APAC region.
• Establish best-in-class practices for prospecting, pipeline management, and deal qualification.
• Own regional sales performance frameworks, including forecasting accuracy and quota setting.
• Drive deployment and adoption of CRM systems and reporting tools to ensure data quality.
• Enable sales teams and partners through structured onboarding and ongoing training on methodologies.
• Provide data-driven insights on partner performance and optimize channel programs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, or Revenue Operations within a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of channel sales models including distributors, resellers, and MSPs.
• Track record of improving sales performance through process, data, and systems.
• Experience working across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior sales leaders.
• Must be based in Singapore.
