TL;DR

Client Success Manager (Medtech): Managing employer relationships for Fortune 500 companies across APAC to drive product adoption and retention with an accent on strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations. Location: Remote (Must be based in Singapore and fully authorized to work there)

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-priority Enterprise Accounts, serving as the primary face of the company for APAC.
  • Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders, including Benefit Managers and HR Executives.
  • Define and execute custom program strategies that integrate with clients' broader benefit offerings.
  • Lead global QBRs/ABRs, using data storytelling and insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor client health and identify growth opportunities using Salesforce, Gainsight, and Looker.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical teams to advocate for client needs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing client relationships or B2B tech sales to HR leaders.
  • Proven success managing a book of business with 30+ customers, including engagement with executive sponsors.
  • Must be a Singaporean Resident or fully authorized to work in Singapore.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong track record of achieving high retention, adoption, and expansion metrics.
  • Ability to act as a strategic advisor and independently handle complex negotiations.

  • Experience in employer benefits and healthcare domains.
  • Proficiency in additional APAC regional languages.
