What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-priority Enterprise Accounts, serving as the primary face of the company for APAC.
- Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders, including Benefit Managers and HR Executives.
- Define and execute custom program strategies that integrate with clients' broader benefit offerings.
- Lead global QBRs/ABRs, using data storytelling and insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Monitor client health and identify growth opportunities using Salesforce, Gainsight, and Looker.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical teams to advocate for client needs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing client relationships or B2B tech sales to HR leaders.
- Proven success managing a book of business with 30+ customers, including engagement with executive sponsors.
- Must be a Singaporean Resident or fully authorized to work in Singapore.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong track record of achieving high retention, adoption, and expansion metrics.
- Ability to act as a strategic advisor and independently handle complex negotiations.
