Location: Hybrid — 3 days in-office in Vancouver, BC. Must be eligible to work in Canada

What you will do

• Plan, film, and edit 3–5+ short-form videos per week and host TikTok Live shopping sessions.
• Manage product listings, pricing, stock, and monitor daily order fulfillment and customer messages.
• Analyze weekly performance reports (GMV, CTR, conversion) to provide growth recommendations.
• Research viral product trends across TikTok and competitor shops to pitch new sourcing opportunities.
• Source and onboard TikTok creators into the affiliate program and manage the inbound pipeline.
• Coordinate flash sales and promotional mechanics for affiliate live streams to drive conversion.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in Canada and able to commute to the Vancouver office.
• Available full-time for at least 4 months.
• Proven experience running a TikTok account with tangible results.
• Familiarity with Shopify or TikTok Shop Seller Center.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable being on camera and editing content (CapCut).

Nice to have

• Spanish language proficiency.
• Genuine interest in or background using AI tools.
• Experience with Slack and ClickUp.
