What you will do
- Own and drive the global social media strategy aligned with business goals and brand reputation.
- Lead content planning and manage editorial calendars for campaigns and key initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end content execution, including copywriting, creative development, and publishing.
- Mentor junior team members to uphold high standards for content quality and performance.
- Partner cross-functionally to support product launches and executive communications.
- Manage analytics and reporting to continuously optimize social media strategy based on insights.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Toronto, Ontario
- BA/BS degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of B2B social media experience.
- 3-5 years of experience creating and editing short-form and long-form video content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience with Meltwater, Sprout Social, and Canva.
- B2B public relations experience within the technology, IT, or software industries.
