What you will do

• Achieve revenue targets by building and managing a high-quality sales pipehirify.global.
• Drive the adoption of hirify.global's marketing solutions, including Official Accounts, API, and the hirify.global Ads Platform.
• Lead consultative sales engagements to translate client business goals into data-driven MarTech solutions.
• Develop and deliver high-impact proposals and workshops to articulate business value to clients.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise advertisers and agency partners.
• Refine sales strategies based on market insights and industry trends in the Auto and Tech sectors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in advertising or solution sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Deep understanding of the Auto or Tech industry, including digital marketing and customer journey strategies.
• Proven experience in consultative selling for enterprise-level clients or agencies.
• Experience applying AI tools to enhance sales productivity and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical thinking and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
• Business-level proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
