What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of direct enterprise customers and platinum tier partners in North America.
- Execute the full business cycle for complex value-based campaigns, including business development, negotiation, and strategic planning.
- Perform product demonstrations and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for partners and customers.
- Coordinate with pre-sales engineers on POCs and work with licensing and support teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and present quarterly territory plans and growth strategies to leadership.
- Leverage the partner ecosystem to create ROI-focused roadmaps for strategic customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record in negotiating complex sales cycles and performing web demonstrations.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
- Working knowledge of Android, Apple operating systems, and Cloud platforms (Azure and AWS).
- Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within North America up to 35% per month.
