Location: Mississauga, Canada (Meadowvale Office HQ)

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of direct enterprise customers and platinum tier partners in North America.
  • Execute the full business cycle for complex value-based campaigns, including business development, negotiation, and strategic planning.
  • Perform product demonstrations and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for partners and customers.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales engineers on POCs and work with licensing and support teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and present quarterly territory plans and growth strategies to leadership.
  • Leverage the partner ecosystem to create ROI-focused roadmaps for strategic customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record in negotiating complex sales cycles and performing web demonstrations.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
  • Working knowledge of Android, Apple operating systems, and Cloud platforms (Azure and AWS).
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within North America up to 35% per month.
