What you will do

  • Manage and grow agency relationships in Southeast Asia, with a primary focus on Singapore.
  • Drive new account acquisition and incremental revenue through strategic engagement with high-potential agencies.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to enable cross-selling, upselling, and increased product adoption.
  • Organize and lead workshops, roadshows, and hotdesking sessions for key clients to drive revenue.
  • Manage sales pipelines, activity, and revenue forecasts using Salesforce for maximum visibility.
  • Represent Microsoft Advertising within the industry community and professional forums.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in online media or advertising sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills for engagement across all levels of leadership.
  • Expertise in native display products and understanding of the branding industry.
  • Location: Must be based in Singapore.
